简要介绍:副教授、硕士生导师。2015博士毕业于中山大学光学工程专业。曾任职于广州南科集成电子有限公司、深圳大族激光科技股份有限公司等企业,具有LED封装、集成电路制造以及激光应用工艺领域的工程经验。目前主要从事有机/无机复合光热电材料与柔性能源转换器件、半导体微纳米线器件及光伏波导聚光技术的相关研究,围绕有机、无机半导体材料能源转换效率的提升,在材料设计、表面态与微结构调控等方面积累了丰富实践经验。近年来主持国家自然科学基金课题1项、参与2项,以第一作者或通讯作者在Small、Nanoscale、ACS Appl.Mater.Interfaces、J.Opt.等国内外期刊上发表论文10余篇。
